After over two hundred years of conflict, the shinobi world has finally reached a period of relative peace. The five great nations had at first settled into an uneasy era of reconstruction after the fourth great shinobi war, but as their villages began to prosper so too did the rest of the world. They have keep it secret for thousands of years. Humans only thought off them as fairy tails things made up by there ancestors for bed time stories. But they where wrong! Vampires and other creatures not human are alive and they want to be known. They have divided to show humans that they and other creatures exist. Some humans and creatures are fine with this but most are not.
The world decides that they are not good for man kind and decide to wage an all out war with them. Some humans are fight with the vampires and some fight with the humans. Both sides don't want to stop fighting till one side wins. And with the Vampires and Humans warring against each other the Naturi who think that both vampires and humans should be gone from this war decide its the best time to attack themselves. They have decided to go out and try once again to unleash there queen and the majority of there army out from being trapped in another demention. Thanks to this the vampires and other creatures are split into two groups.

GENERAL INFORMATION

PERSONAL INFORMATION
Appearance: Ortega, a man slightly taller than the standard being, is a tall and well fit looking Arrancar. His overall being is unique, like any other Arrancar, which shall be describe in sections below.
Head and Hollow mask remains: Ortega has a youthful and fairly attractive looking face. Round, smooth cheeks lead to a fairly square jaw. When he smiles, which is somewhat rare a sight, dimples are quite visible. His nose is somewhat small and pointy, a small horizontal scare runs across the bridge of his nose. This scar is a battle memento from a battle with a Shinigami and something he hates to see. Thin eyebrows rest above his eyes, like the color of his hair, they are a deep crimson color. Speaking of his hair, the sides of his hair are buzzed, keeping them neatly short. While the hair on his head is somewhat longer and thicker, it is swept up creating a mini forest of spikes so to say. His eyes, bright cerulean in color, are small and circular in shape and often seem filled with a deep curiosity. The coloration of his skin is a pale peach color, slightly darkening in the sunlight.
Small, purple dots extend down from his eyes, four dots under each eye. These dots reach down to parallel to the corners of his mouth. His lips are thin and pale in color, snakebite piercing are located on his lower lip. These piercing are white in color and seemed to be made from the same material as his mask remains. Oddly, his teethe are triangular in shape and very sharp. They resemble teeth that a shark would have, the reason why his teeth are like this are unknown. As far as the remains of his mask go, a rectangular plate covers his entire forehead. Small, bumpy protrusions run across the mask in a horizontal fashion.
Upper body: Ortega’s upper body is fairly normal for an Arrancar. It is well built and conditioned for battle though it isn’t overly muscled that it would hinder him. He has found a nice balance of muscle and tone to keep everything in check. Most of his upper body is obscured from view by his Arrancar uniform. His Arrancar jacket has been modified to his personal tastes like many of the Arrancar do. His jacket is more of a form fitting robe than a jacket, reaching down to his ankles. The robe is fastened completely keeping his Hollow hole from sight, it’s location is in place of his navel. The sleeves of the robe are torn off at the shoulder though his arms aren’t completely exposed. White, sleeve like pieces of cloth start at his wrists and reach up slightly passed his elbows.
Lower Body: Ortega’s lower body, like his upper body, his conditioned for battle. Sadly, it is always obscured from view due to his Arrancar uniform. The robe reaches down to his ankles wear it comes to a neat and trimmed end. From there black socks and white sandals finish off his uniform. What lies underneath the rob is a simple pair of white boxer like shorts, that’s right, boxers. His robe has never been removed in front of others and he has no plans to do so soon. So the boxers are just there for a conformability factor.
Personal Belongings:
Personality: Ortega, is a pretty laid back Arrancar, which is strange sounding. Though he has many personality traits, which surfaces at the needed times.
Calm/Laid back: His most common demeanor. While in this state, Ortega seems to walk around in a lazy and sleepy daze as if he had just woken up. His speech patterns are somewhat slow and half assed, like he doesn‘t want to put for any effort in thinking of a coherent sentence. He usually just mutters a few words and yawns and moves on. Conversing with him while in this state is somewhat hard and many usually just give up and leave in frustration. When talking to his master in this mindset, he usually refrains from using honorifics and calls her “little girl“ or “missy“.
Analyst: Underneath his lazy demeanor, a quick witted analyst lies watching. Just after seeing things once or twice, he can come up with pretty close idea of how things work/act. From there he can devise two or three strategies to deal with such. In the event his perceptions of how things work is wrong, his mistakes usually turn into correct ideas through process of elimination.
Temper/Anger: Of course, being an Arrancar, Ortega isn’t all laziness. He has quite a temper buried that is just waiting to surface. This temper is usually maintained unless one of his “triggers” is set off. To date, three of these triggers are known. The first of these triggers in a direct attack at his being, either towards his state as an Arrancar or as a fighter. Of course these are quite frequent but they only pertain to non-Arrancar beings. The second of these triggers is to endanger his master, being her servant it is his duty to protect her. The third and last trigger, it is set off by taking it easy on him during a battle. It shows signs of disrespect and that his opponent believes him to be a weakling.
Pride: Ortega has a strong sense of pride both as an Arrancar and a fighter. Being a servant of the third strongest Cuerpo, he believes himself to be of a higher class than many other Arrancar mainly those who serve weaker Cuerpo members or Roto members. Though this higher class ideal doesn’t blind him, he knows when he is outmatched and willing admits so. Though it is because of his pride that he fights with all he has, as crushing his opponent with all his force is to prove his worth as a fighter. This pride compels him to fight those he deems as worthy and for him to reach newer levels of strength.
Battle style/mindset: Once in battle, Ortega’s lazy side completely vanishes. In it’s place is a proud and alert fighter. His speech is now similar to that of an analyst, discerning the moves of his opponent in a quiet whisper then piecing together a strategy. He doesn’t necessarily trash talk though he loves to point out flaws in his opponents strategies or techniques. Though his face shows no signs of it, a strong sense of bloodlust dwells within him. Shredding, bashing, destroying his opponent is his ultimate battle goal. After all, a dead opponent can longer cause a problem right?

JUST SCRATCH THE SURFACE Hollow Abilities:
Bala [ bullet ] is an Arrancar alternative to Cero. The technique hardens the user's Spiritual Pressure and fires it like a bullet from their fist. It is seriously weaker than a normal cero, it moves about twenty times faster and can be fired at a much higher rate, but the damage is much the same. Ortega’s is violet in color.
Cero [ flash ] are high-powered energy blasts that can be fired from various body parts, such as mouth, tongue, hand or fingers. Only Menos, arrancar, and the Vizards have so far been shown to use Cero attacks, and it appears that stronger entities can use it more efficiently. Like his Bala, his Cero is violet in color.
Garganta [ throat ] is how Arrancar and Menos-class Hollows move to and from Hueco Mundo. It literally tears open the dimensional fabric separating the worlds, revealing a tunnel of whirling, torrential energy that must be focused and solidified to create a discernible pathway.
Hierro [ iron ] refers to the hardened skin of the Arrancar, which is a result of their compressed spiritual power. While their skin is strong enough to block even released Zanpakutou bare-handed, it is by no means impenetrable. Stronger Arrancar have proportionally stronger skin. Ortega’s Hierro is quite strong, it usually takes a Vice-Captains Shikai to break through.
Pesquisa [ inquiry ] is the Arrancar equivalent of the Shinigami ability to sense Spiritual Pressure. It functions similar to a sonar.
Sonído [ sound ] is the Arrancar equivalent of the Shinigami Flash Steps and the Quincy Hirenkyaku; it allows the user to travel at incredibly high speeds for short distances. Use of Sonído is punctuated by a brief static sound, in contrast to the "swish" sound caused by Flash Steps. Ortega is also quite adept in using Sonido, his speed is comparable to that of an average Shinigami Captain.
MY BLADE IS MY PRIDE
Zanpakutou Name: Escorpión (Scorpion) Sealed form: Escorpión, while sealed, takes a form that differs from most other Arrancar. Yes it is still a bladed weapon but it strays from the katana norm that has been set. Escorpión is essentially a giant sized kunai. The overall length of the weapon is 3 and a half feet with a one foot hilt. Like all kunai, at the bottom of the hilt is a ring designed in so that it can be grabbed with ease. The ring is 3 inches in diameter and hollow (obviously) so that it can be used as a grip if necessary. The hilt itself is wrapped in a deep violet colored cloth for comfort.
There is no real tsuba for this blade but rather the blade forms directly out of the hilt. The blade is 2 and a half feet in length and shaped like a traditional kunai blade. A foot wide, the edges of the blade are serrated with tiny saw like teeth which allow it to hack into flesh easier. Overall, the coloration of the blade is a dark, gunmetal gray with only the bladed edge having a slightly lighter pigmentation. Escorpión is carried in Ortega‘s hands at all times, having no form of sheath to store the blade in.
MY PRIDE REVIVED
Ressurecion Phrase: “Himei, Escorpión!” or translated to “Shriek, Scorpion!”
Ressurecion Appearance: Ortega usually keeps his Ressurecion form hidden and uses it only when he feels it is necessary to ensure a victory. When the need arises, Ortega raises his blade and holds it horizontally with it parallel to the ground. The running a hand along the blade, it begins to glow with spiritual energy, which in his case is violet in color. Then by calling out “Himei!”, the spiritual energy explodes outwards and forms into a spiraling twister of energy that engulfs Ortega. The twister only lasts for a few seconds but it only takes that long for Ortega’s transformation to take place.
Overall, his appearance changes somewhat drastically. These changes will be listed below:
Head: His head doesn’t change too much but there are some minor differences. His Hollow mask stays intact but the tiny bumps turn into one inch spikes. The purple dots are now connected by a thin purple streak.
Body: The most drastic changes take place here. From the waist up, his body is covered with a bony white armor which is common is most Ressurecion forms. He now sports an extra set of arms (like Nnoitra), these arms are insect like in appearance and somewhat thin. Covering the top of his hands are circular discs, from these discs blades extend outwards over his hands. These blades are 2 feet in length and three inches wide, like the armor they are bony white in color. From his lower back a long, 12 foot, tail sprouts out and can be used for various things. The tail is prehensile and only a few inches thick, on the end of the tail is a thin blade similar to the ones on his hands.
The rest of his body remains the same, from the waist down his robe remains as does his black socks and white sandals.
Ressurecion Abilities: Ortega, when Escorpión is released, gains the traditional boost in both strength and speed. His Hierro strangely doesn’t become any stronger but rather it stays as dense as it was when Escorpión was sealed. His primary use of Escorpión is to overwhelm his opponent with his bladed arms and tail and literally slice them to bits. Escorpión does grant him a few new abilities which are listed below.
Arm blades and tail blade: The blades extending out from the circular pads and tail are his primary form of attack. They are two feet in length and straight, having no curvature to them at all and are double edged. Contrary to belief, these blades contain no poison what so ever but rather they are superheated via his spiritual energy. Superheated as in equal to 200 hundred degrees Fahrenheit. When the blades slice flesh, they immediately cause the wound to be cauterized causing much more pain.
Destello Credo: Literally “Flashing Faith”. This ability requires the use of the arm blades but can also be used by his tail blade. By using the blades as a focal point, Ortega charges them with his spiritual energy. Then with a mere swipe of his arm, the spiritual flies off in the form of a dozen energy needles. These needles are about a foot in length and pack the same speed and punch of a Bala attack. These needles are also superheated and leave a nasty cauterized puncture wound in their wake.
Limited Instantaneous Regeneration: Ortega can instantly regrow any arms, arm blades, tail or tail blade that are lost during battle. These are the only thing that can be regenerated, his head, organs and other body parts are exempt from this ability.

This forum is set between two timelines of Final Fantasy VII. For some more information, please feel free to read the given plot below.
During the events of Advent Children, Shinra Electric Power Company had been struggling to regain their former glory and power. It was after the time that Rufus Shinra was cured of the Geostigma that the company slowly began to reform. Having obtained some scientists, Shinra began to work on a project that was linked to time travel in hopes of turning things out for the better.
Intending to create the first ever time travel into the past and possibly even the future, Shinra scientists worked hard and unrelenting on the task. Having been able to create a portal but unable to go through it, they continued to work for hours on end. Eventually came the time when they believed they had a break through, (as the portal opened up wider) little did they know what was to become of it.
During their experimentation one day, the portal's size went completely out of their control and instead of being able to travel back in time as planned, Shinra caused a complete merging of some events during the past with that of the present's.
An important result of the timeline fusion: Those that had died, were reborn. For example notable characters such as Zack Fair, Aerith Gainsborough, and several others proclaimed dead were now alive once more. Those revived by Shinra's mistake remembered all aspects of their lives leading up to their death, but don't recollect succumbing to it. And of course, Along with good, bad is not that far behind.
Old enemies have been brought back as well including one particular enemy that the world could really do without...Sephiroth. Once again, the One Winged Angel has a plot to take over Gaia and become a God. Not only that but the Remnants of Sephiroth have returned along with him. Because of that, there is a slight chance slight chance, (if the timeline doesn't get fixed before this can occur) that history will repeat itself and a (second) Sephiroth will be created by his Remnants.
If just one Sephiroth could bring about so much devastation and ruin, who knows what two could do? Of course, there is no guarantee such a thing will happen, but it is certainly a valid and prominent fear in the minds of many. One of the only things helping people sleep through the night, is the faint hope that those looking to defend the planet of Gaia, will be able to put a stop to such things.
So, as Sephiroth plots, so do those who wish to thwart his evil doings.
Even as these two forces are bound to duke it out, another force is rumored to be arising. Whether or not this is true, remains yet to be seen.
So, what will truly come as result of Shinra's mistake? Only time will tell.
